SUMMARY:

Supervise audit team members to ensure compliance with internal controls relating to casino floor/Cage transactions, gaming, and nongaming revenue. Responsible for month end close process for all revenue accounts.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least one-year accounting and records management experience in a casino.
  • Experience in the operation of PC’s and associated software.
  • Ability to type and operate a 10-key calculator.
  • Skill in organizing priorities and attending to details.
  • Ability to interpret and evaluate application of internal controls.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing,

 

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or GED (required), college degree preferred

 

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License.

 

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: (*Constantly, Frequently, Occasionally)

  • Constantly walking and standing
  • Constant hearing, seeing, and talking
  • Constantly balancing, bending, reaching, twisting, holding, wrist motion, and stooping

 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment
  • Close spaces while working with others
  • Excessive noise and smoke
