What are the responsibilities and job description for the VAULT CASHIER position at Casino Queen Marquette?
The Vault Cashier is a lead position that assists the Cage Supervisor and Cage Manager with all Cage operations to ensure prompt and accurate service to customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Perform all duties of Cage Cashier.
- Perform vault responsibilities.
- Assist Cage Cashiers as needed.
- Service Ticket Redemption/ATM kiosks.
- Evaluate and manage staffing levels according to business needs.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.
- Must be at least 18 Years of age.
- Cash handling experience.
- Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
