Warehouse Coordinator

CasinoTech is a 25 year, family owned, electronics company operating in the casino gaming industry. Headquartered in Northwest Houston, and a warehouse in Vegas, we have 30 employees who contribute in generating $10-15M in sales on a regular year. We sell in every gaming state and have over 400 active customers. Ownership is actively involved in all areas of the company, working primarily with managers and operations.

POSITION:

· Warehouse Coordinator

· This position reports to CasinoTech Distribution Manager

LOCATION / HOURS:

· Tomball, Texas 77377

· Full-time/40 hrs wk

· M-F, 8am – 5pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Primary Role: Warehouse Coordinator; includes but not limited to the following activities: Receiving products in, Shipping items out (includes picking/packing/ship labeling/transport to a Fedex or UPS store), Stocking items into inventory, Inventory control such as Cycle counting. This Role is supported by our Henderson based Distribution Manager and Warehouse Supervisor.

· Secondary Role: Quality Control Technician; Using basic troubleshooting skills to test and diagnose electronic components. Clean, test, and refurbish power supplies, motherboard processors, monitors, printers, bill acceptors, and other components found in casino slot machines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Using basic troubleshooting skills to test and diagnose electronic and mechanical components.

2. Perform light repairs, clean and test to refurbish various components found in casino slot machines.

3. Examine incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy according to paperwork.

4. Inspect incoming products for defects or damage and make necessary notifications.

5. Receive, unload, ensure quality control, label, and stock incoming products accurately.

6. Enter estimates for repair into ERP for customer approval, then repair and enter results in ERP for customer billing.

7. Pick & Pack items, per pick ticket accurately and on time. Verify item, quantity, weights and dimensions.

8. Deliver and pick up in local area when needed.

9. Occasionally communicate with our sales department and our customers.

10. Takelead role in organizing inventory shelves and aisles in the warehouse. Maintain accurate product labels and locations. Complete Cycle counts as required.

11. Maintain the Tech shop and warehouse clean and organized daily.

12. Complete additional daily tasks as assigned by superiors. Assist on projects throughout the warehouse as required.

13. Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Must have experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

· Work independently following Manager guidelines, directions and goals without local supervision.

· Experience or familiarity with slot machines, computers, arcades, kiosks or ATM’s a plus.

· Prefer to have experience with ERP system like SalesForce or Netsuite or Quickbooks.

· Prefer some experience or familiarity with electronic components and basic electronics test equipment.

· Background in electronic repairs a plus.

· Maintain records of workload and output.

· Ability to lift / move heavy items.

· Highly Organized.

· Ability to multi-task.

COMPENSATION:

· $17-20 per hour starting range

· Depends on capability and experience
