What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aircraft Disassembly Tech position at CASM?
Aircraft Disassembly:
- Working as part of a team to ensure the safe disassembly/removal of parts and components from various aircrafts and that these are clearly labelled/documented on behalf of our customers.
- To read/interpret AMMs & IPCs and Best Practice Guides, such that component removal can be managed as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Working as a team to ensure each aircraft disassembly project is delivered to the time committed to the Customer.
- Report any damage to on aircraft or to facility property to your Technical Team Leader.
- Ability to identify damaged aircraft components by visual methods on aircraft.
- To work closely the Technical Team Leader, to deliver the best customer experience for all customers, maintaining efficiency and adhering to companies working practices.
- Support the daily reviews, Team Project Boards.
- The ability to work with various tools/equipment and ensure all items are well maintained and in good state of repair at all times.
- Actively support the continuous improvement of projects within the business to help improve quality, productivity, and to foster opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Promote a culture of safety by monitoring self and others to ensure all duties are performed within established safety guidelines.
- Supporting the delivery of KPIs across safety, quality, and productivity to maintain operational growth.
- Work in conjunction with other functional teams, ensuring that the resources required to support the projects are in place.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in aircraft maintenance or disassembly projects with excellent and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a small team and the ability to work well under pressure and deliver results.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
- High School Diploma
- Ability to pass initial drug testing and random drug testing.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work on a daily basis

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
