Responsibilities
Handle minor fixes : Repair broken locks, fill gaps in walls, HVAC, low voltage electrical, boilers, plumbing
Inspect control panels and electrical wiring : Identify any issues and ensure proper functioning.
Install appliances and equipment : Set up new machinery or devices as needed.
Maintain garden and yard : Tasks like mowing the lawn and collecting trash.
Replace light bulbs : Keep lighting systems functional.
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems : Including ventilation and safety systems (e.g., fire alarms).
Collaborate during renovations : Work with other professionals to improve facilities.
Report to facilities or maintenance manager : Communicate any issues or concerns
Requirements and Skills
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and electrical systems : Familiarity with common building systems.
Hand and electrical tool proficiency : Ability to use tools effectively.
Technical manuals and drawings : Read and interpret technical documentation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills : Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Physical stamina and dexterity : Able to handle physical tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent : Basic educational requirement.
