Casselton Veterinary Service in Fargo is seeking a FT Veterinary Technician. This is a day shift position from 7a-5p Tues thru Friday. QUALIFICATIONS:
- ND Century Code requires veterinary technicians have a Veterinary Technician degree from an AVMA accredited program. ***This is a requirement***.
- No previous experience necessary; we have veteran technicians that are willing and able to train new graduates.
- Excellent communication, organizational and technical skills.
- Manages time and task appropriately
- Ability to work under pressure and stays calm in a high volume and potentially stressful environment.
- Demonstrates professionalism and good judgment.
- Regular and timely attendance is required.
EXPECTATIONS:
- This FT position requires a 36 hour work week.
- Day Shift: four 9 hour shifts (7a-5p Tues-Fri) with one Saturday (9a-2p) shift/mo.
- Technicians will be responsible for inpatient care; anesthesia; surgical monitoring; radiology; sample collection and diagnostics; pet wellness and client services.

WAGES:
- Licensed technicians $19 per hour DOE
- Unlicensed technicians $17 per hour DOE with $2 increase upon licensure
