In this important role, you will transport residents to grocery stores, restaurants, and community outings. You will also assist the maintenance department to help maintain our beautiful campus. What does a Bus Driver do?
- Drive the bus for schedule resident and employee outings.
- Track and schedule maintenance for the bus.
- Complete daily upkeep for the bus including filling up gas, washer fluid, etc.
- Respond to various maintenance requests by residents and staff.
- Collect and dispose of garbage at our campus.
- Complete lawn care and snow removal as needed.
- Complete additional tasks as requested.
What does a Bus Driver require?
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- D3 chauffer’s license or a passenger endorsement CDL
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience working with people with memory loss and physical disabilities is desired.
- Friendly, outgoing and positive personality.
