The MOVE FORWARD Life Enrichment Aide is a newly created position. This position will support the activities and strategies for resident mind health and mobility. This position will also work with the facility’s activity staff to support the overall psychosocial and physical health of residents.

There are Full-Time, benefit eligible positions available working varied schedules including every other weekend. This role includes 6 day/PM shifts (24hrs a week) as PIPP liaison and 4 PM shifts as a floor CNA.
Full-Time is eligible for a $2,000 Bonus.

What does a Life Enrichment Aide do?
- Provide programming to promote psychosocial and meaningful engagement for residents.
- Participate as a member of MOVE FORWARD Teams to implement the program goals and strategies of the MOVE FORWARD Program.
- Promotes resident involvement and active decision-making in program implementation.
- Uses MOVE FORWARD program tools to assess what Matters Most for residents and implement appropriate strategies.
- Maintains accurate attendance documentation for all residents for all events, and other therapeutic contacts/programs as assigned.
- Participates in Quality Improvement activities and helps identify and deploy program strategies.
- Is aware of all policies and procedures for the activity department, safety and other clinical areas directly related to the therapeutic activity department.
- Effectively uses program tools including assessments, audits, educational resources and technology.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What does a Life Enrichment Aide require?
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must have an active Nursing Assistant certification and be on the MN Registry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
