Our 72-bed facility offering skilled nursing services and memory care to seniors is hiring a Full-Time Scheduler to join our team. This opening in the Health Care Center provides the opportunity to be a part of the management team, and support direct nursing staff.
This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position working a varied schedule. Shift: Day

Scheduler responsibilities:
- Create bi-weekly nurse staffing schedule.
- Complete employee time cards in an accurate and timely manner to finish bi-weekly payroll processing.
- Apply collective bargaining agreement to schedule and short notice staffing.
- Help with employee engagement programming and assistance.
- Take after hours call coverage via phone.
- Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Scheduler requirements:
- Previous staff scheduling and health care experience a plus!
- Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to find solutions within guidelines that create win-win situations.
- LTC and Supervisory experience preferred.
- Desire to support a direct care team for the older population and others in need.
