Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Perform general clerical duties and filing
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with other tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
