What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Based Clinical Supervisor position at CASSY?
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for cases and referrals of their assigned associates as they provide mental health counseling, case management, and consultation services to students and their families at their school site(s). The Clinical Supervisor works with their associates to provide psychoeducation, trainings, and consultation to staff and collaborates actively with school staff and other necessary parties at the school site(s) in which they are assigned. The Clinical Supervisor reports to the Clinical Program Manager and may assist with management of school partnerships and may at times be a backup therapist should one of their associates not be available.
Requirements:RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide clinical individual and group supervision to all associates as assigned as
mandated by the BBS guidelines.
- Support and build rapport with school sites/districts via collaborative monthly.

- Supporting supervisee’s performance while mentoring and maintaining all legal
and ethical responsibilities.
- Provide psychoeducation, training, and consultation to families, school staff, and
the community.
- May be required to hold a caseload of students within assigned district to assist their assigned supervisees.
- Provide ongoing evaluation and feedback, and guide the professional
development of associates.
- Communicate with leadership team on program, human resources issues,
potential contract opportunities, and consultation.
- Consult regularly with outside professionals, which may include CPS, CAMFT,
School Resource Officers and BBS.
- Attend all required trainings and meetings, which may include some evenings.

- Follow all Child Protective Services mandates and requirements, particularly
regarding reporting of suspected child abuse.
- Review, approve, and sign all clinical documentation.
- Must be able to travel to school sites is required.
- Part time, hourly position 20-25 hours a week
PREREQUISITES
- Two years post licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or licensed Clinical Psychologist with completed coursework for supervisors.
- Current registration with the BBS.
- Minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic services to youth, including some experience within an academic setting.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Creative, resourceful, ethical, and professional.
- Collaborative with the ability to work independently.
Hourly Rate - $55 - $57
Sign on bonus- $1500
