Cast-Crete USA, LLC is Florida's leading manufacturer and distributor of precast and prestressed products with branch operations located throughout the state.
Our production facility and corporate headquarters are located in the Tampa area.
We are currently seeking applicants to fill an open Laborer position at our Tampa location.
This position would require standing, walking and lifting up to 50 / 75 pounds throughout the day. You may be subjected to adverse weather conditions.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Must be able to follow safety rules and practices for all work area and sites. Must wear proper PPE that is required.
- Work around moving equipment and machinery.
- Work with raw materials for concrete prestressing.
- Work around overhead crane and lifting heavy materials utilizing lifting procedures in place.
- Daily lifting, carrying and repetition motion throughout the day.
- Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices.
- Work well with others in a team environment.
- Able to work in extreme hot temperatures for long shifts and outdoors all day.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Job Qualifications (list the minimum education, formal training, skills and experience required)
- Full time hours
- Previous construction or manufacturing experience, concrete (preferred)
- Must be able to lift at least 50 / 75 pounds repetitively.
