Position: Accountant Short Term Assignment: 2 to 3 weeks, Full-timeHourly Rate: Negotiable, depending on qualifications & experience (**Please include your pay requirements with you resume)**We are a multi-state, multi-store retail Company seeking an Accountant who is skilled at performing general ledger account reconciliations. This position will be a temporary assignment working on a contract basis directly for our Company. This assignment is expected to be for 2 to 3 weeks, 40 hours per week, with work hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE– Three to five years of experience working in the areas of accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation; experience with Epicor ERP is desired, but not required Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Must possess reasonability ability and have strong analytical skills. Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and have the ability to complete all work tasks in accordance with guidance provided by the Accounting Manager.DESIRED COMPETENCIES – Ethics – Treats people with respect; works with integrity and ethically; will sign a non-disclosure agreement, if requested.
