ENVISION YOURSELF AS OUR DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

In this role, you will:

• Create monthly financial statements including P&L, comparative income statement, financial commentary on performance and related reports 
• Create weekly cash forecasts 
• Produce commentary on week prior and week ahead revenue and expense projections via weekly flash report 
• Collaborate with on-property leaders on the creation of monthly forecast 
• Recruit, train and develop accounting staff in daily finance operations to include performing daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, general cashier and income audit
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly 
• Prepare and file all monthly tax returns
• Lead weekly labor meetings and work with operators to ensure complete understanding and utilization of labor management system 
• Create annual business plan including commentary and supplemental reporting
• Maintain internal controls, prepare for annual audit by validating systems are in place and processes are being followed 
• Maintain all contracts, leases, concession and service agreements 
• Champion all standard operating procedures

• Account Reconciliation & Daily Credit Card Matching: Blackline 
• Procurement: Adaco
