Essential Functions:


  • Perform analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.
  • Analyze past and current crop production practices for trends.
  • Analyze new business or crop opportunities.
  • Analyze and identify synergies within NW business units.
  • Assist in building model budgets and analyze potential acquisitions or leases.
  • Assist in building equipment utilization, acquisition, and disposal models.
  • Analyze cost overruns and budget to actuals.
  • Analyze production/sales contracts and make suggestions to maximize returns.
  • Analyze operations and departments to maximize efficiency and create KPIs.
  • Work closely with Directors and Accounting teams to create business goals and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in establishing new data gathering and analysis techniques within the organization.
  • Prepare final analysis reports.


Secondary Functions:

  • Assist with budgeting process.
  • Assist IT Department in data warehousing, organization, and software solution decisions.
  • Collaborate with peers across the farm, dairy and other segments of the business on related projects to optimize the farm and dairy.

Required
  • 5 year(s): Agricultural Management

Education

  • Bachelors or better in Accounting
