We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the overall efficiency of warehouse operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving and Inspection:
- Inspect incoming shipments, comparing them to purchase orders or relevant documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Verify the accuracy of received goods, noting, and reporting any discrepancies.
Storage and Organization:
- Organize and store goods in the designated warehouse areas.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse space.
- Conduct regular inventory checks.
Order Picking and Packing:
- Retrieve goods from inventory based on pick tickets or other orders.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging.
Shipping:
- Prepare shipping documents and labels.
- Coordinate with carriers for timely and accurate shipments.
- Ensure proper loading of trucks and containers.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
- Generate reports as needed for inventory management.
Quality Control:
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Report and address any quality issues promptly.
Equipment Operation:
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- OSHA 10 Certification.
- RFID Certification.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift certification.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Experience with inventory management systems.

Additional Information
Work Hours: This position is a full-time role working forty hours a week.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel no travel.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be in an office setting. The work will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by video conferencing, and frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
