Job Description

We're placing Marketing Associates for one of our client offices who is looking to add several associates to their marketing and sales team due to increased demand from their clients. Their clients include some of the biggest and most well-known companies and nonprofits in the world.

Castro Marketing and Consulting is hiring both part-time as well as full-time associates. (Weekend only option available for PT candidates or interns)

Responsibilities of Marketing Associate:

• Managing existing customer base. Visit weekly, provide marketing flyers, ideas and market updates.
• Prospecting/opening new accounts to meet company objectives and goals.
• Pricing and order-guide building
• Attend all sales meetings and trainings
• Maintain a great working relationship with customer service department and operational teams.

Marketing Associate Qualifications:

• High School degree or equivalent Experience
• Detail-oriented
• Great communication skills
• Highly Organized
• Ability to lead a team of people

Qualities that will make someone successful as a Marketing Associate:

Pay: $33,722.00 - $57,074.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
