Career Area: Accounting Job Description: Prepare, review & submit VAT Recovery Returns Respond to SAT requests for information and coordinate with other departments on document gathering Reconcile bank statement vs VAT report by adding a payment reference Translate invoices in English, abbreviations, or acronyms & add description for purpose of the purchase or services received for every invoice Coordinate with other departments in obtaining OR help prepare process documentation OR modify global processes to reflect local entity processes and activities REPSE (Specialized Services Provider) Compliance Review & gather all XML files for invoices & payments Other administrative activities in support of general accounting, etc 4 years experience in tax or audits Bi-Lingual (fluent in English and Spanish) Must demonstrate initiative, leadership and ability to effectively communicate Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).
