Job Description Summary As an Operations Team Member- Support at Caterpillar Inc. you will be responsible for maintenance and repair of Test Cell harness equipment and Office Management.* Responsible for Office Management * Set up workstation computer and phone utilities * Maintain office layout * Issue keys and locks * Initiate Purchase Orders as required for Tech Services team * Responsible for ordering maintenance parts * Maintain Audio/visual equipment within the facility * Provide resolution for assigned Continuous Improvement (CI) cards Required Qualifications * Possess a high degree of initiative * Time management skills * Must be a team player and work well in a team environment * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Proficient in computer skills * Self-starter motivated towards continuous improvement * Experience interpreting prints and assembly planning documentation Desired Qualifications * Excellent work ethic, attitude, and people skills * Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a drug screen.
