About us: We are a 56 bed Assisted Living Facility. We support the needs of the developmentally disabled and mental health population. Located in Spokane Valley, we are a small, locally owned business that believes in caring for our residents and our employees!

Job Description: Provide services to meet the needs of our residents, ensure their health and safety, and encourage personal preferences in quality of life. Responsibilities include housekeeping, laundry, assisting with activities of daily living including daily hygiene, dressing, and meal assistance.

We are willing to train the right candidate.

Preferred Credentials

· Current HCA or NAC License

· CPR/1st Aid

· Food Handlers Card

· Mental Health Specialty

· Dementia Specialty

· Developmental Disability Specialty

· Must pass a Washington State background check

Compensation and Benefits

· Hourly wage starting at $17.50

· Night and weekend wage differential

· On-Call wage differential

· Mileage Reimbursement

· Free Continuing Education

· Health Insurance and Dental Benefits (after 3 months)

· Aflac Insurance Benefits ( after 3 months)

· Simple IRA match contribution up to 3% (after one year)

• Spokane Valley, WA 99206: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• HCA, CNA or NAR (prior to 2011) (Preferred)
• Mental Health (Preferred)
• Dementia (Preferred)
• Developmental Disabilites (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Overnight Shift (Preferred)
