What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Coordinator position at Catapult Learning?
Site Coordinators are an essential component to the success of Catapult Learning’s Tutoring Program. Site Coordinators will help leadership and staff with the countless operational needs associated with effective school year instruction. Site Coordinators will be assigned to one school to support teachers, students, and families. They will manage the required compliance process and assure completion of required documents.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review inventory and organize materials and curriculum
- Confirm that all staff is present in their teaching location by 8:25 AM and remain on site through 3:25 PM
- Ensure that staff attendance sheets are completed each day and turned in on Fridays
- Monitor groups to ensure students are in attendance each day
- Ensure safety of students
- Manage emergencies by communicating with Supervisor for guidance
- Monitor attendance and document in STARS
- Communicate with supervisor and/or school personnel regarding student attendance or behavior
- Generate STARS reports as required
- Gather student monitoring data from teachers as appropriate
- Provide support to staff with managing curricular materials
- Must attend all trainings
- Substitute for absent teachers as necessary
- Help coordinate substitutes if applicable
- Other duties may be assigned
