Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Quickly setup equipment and be able to make necessary adjustments throughout the event
- Setup and serve food/drink throughout the event
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Willingness to (wash dishes, bus tables, load and unload vans) and do anything else necessary to get the job done
- Identify the necessary tasks and complete them without oversight
- Lead (or assist the lead) in the takedown of cleanup of service area
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure everything is complete before leaving

Experience:
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or bar service is preferred
- Knowledge of different food options, food allergens, and food setup
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and sense of of individual responsibility
- Experience in bussing or guest services is a plus
- Experience working in a hotel or catering setting is a plus

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
