Description

The leader of this role will have both strategic and tactical responsibilities leading End User Service delivery teams in North America and leading Global End Point Engineering Team.  This role has significant customer facing and relationship management functions across 100,000 users and IT executives.  It also has strategic program delivery for Executive Office Risk & Compliance Council

 

Critical Work Performed will be: 

- Lead team & manage service vendors to deliver End User services aligned with SLAs/KPIs and business needs. 

 

- Lead team, manage service vendors, and programs to improve user experience through new product offerings, self-service, automation, and lean processes.

 

- Lead collaboration efforts to leverage synergies across Business Unit IT teams.

 

 

- Develop and deliver enterprise roadmap addressing customer feedback, quality, cost and compliance solutions.

 

- Engage team and providers to provide excellent customer service for End Users and Business Stakeholders

 

- Accountable for enterprise governance, coordination, and adherence to compliance targets.

 

 

- Manage complex supply chain and contracts for hardware, software, and service delivery inclusive of (NTT, Dell, HP, Microsoft, Adobe, Nitro, Sourcium, Beyond Trust, Apple, Jamf, and others).

 

- Develop talent for career growth 

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

 

- 3+ years’ experience leading global teams in large complex enterprise. 

- 6+ years of progressive responsibility with demonstrated results

- Advanced Contract & Supplier management skills 

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

- Portfolio & Project management experience

- Business relationship management skills

- Advanced communication and collaboration skills

- 5+ years in technical role (software development, infrastructure, security)

- Preferred experience in IT Security, Applications and/or Enterprise Architecture
