Description This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who is looking to take an entrepreneurial approach to growing the Electronics portfolio within the Integrated Components and Solutions Division. This position will focus on the aftermarket growth of the Electronics portfolio. This position is responsible for realizing growth potential, championing commercial strategies, shaping the portfolio’s development, leading change through cross-functional teams, and providing marketing and commercial expertise. Winning is ultimately defined by increasing the profitable growth of the Electronics portfolio. The incumbent will strategically align with business partners from ICS engineering teams, industry aftermarket teams, and sales execution teams. Job Duties Job duties may include, but are not limited to: Driving awareness and growth of the Electronics portfolio Creating commercial product line strategies Estimating market viability for Electronics components Providing marketing and commercial thought leadership to new product development Developing marketing materials to aid sales execution Delivering technical information to sales execution channels Analyzing market data for NPI and localization opportunities Performing competitive analysis Developing and presenting training material on portfolio offerings Leading special projects on an ad hoc basis as needed Partnering with industry teams to align strategies Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. 6 year experience in product development, marketing, sales, or product support Top Candidates will also have Experience working directly with Caterpillar dealers, preferably as a rep (ASR, PSSR, ASC, PSOR, MSOR) Proven ability to analyze data, capture insights, and make recommendations Flexibility and eagerness to drive collaboration and lead change with internal and external partners Good interpersonal and collaboration skills Entrepreneurial spirit motivated by results, innovation, and problem-solving Additional Information The location for this position is Mossville, IL. Remote work locations may be considered. Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position. This position may require up to 20% travel.
