Career Area: Marketing / Sales / Product Support Job Description: The Service Data organization within the Global Service Division creates and delivers service option data to support dealer service of Cat products. Service Data and its related systems are the core information that Dealers use to maintain and repair equipment. It is also a central source of information that Caterpillar uses in customer and dealer facing applications to support our products. This team has an opening for a project Manager position accountable for leading projects to improve the service data process. The role will lead critical projects to enable Caterpillar Dealers to meet their services growth targets by 2026. Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: This position will lead projects to determine solutions and drive implementation plans. Projects are defined and prioritized through the Enterprise Service Data Transformation program. The incumbent can expect to lead projects spanning process creation and improvement to business requirements definition and subsequent implementation to dealer deployment of processes and tools. Basic Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of progressively responsible work experience 3 years of experience leading and implementing projects that span multiple business units or the Dealer Network Top Candidates Will Also Have: Previous experience working with service data (Builder Files), using Builder G3 / SOC or creating parts and service information High level of interpersonal, communication, process management, collaboration, and relationship management skills Product Support and/or direct dealer experience Experience and demonstrated knowledge of Caterpillar products and industry trends Familiarity of SIS, parts.cat.com, my.cat.com, OLGA and other consumers of service data 6 Sigma Black belt experience This employer is not currently hiring foreign national applicants that require or will require sponsorship tied to a specific employer, such as H, L, TN, F, J, E, O.
