Job Summary
Leads the execution of small to medium scale technology implementation projects; aligns, leads, plans, and manages resources for implementing major activities, owns and manages input to the Implementation Project Plan; balances trade-offs to maintain enterprise perspective and customer focus while planning and executing major activities supporting implementation projects.
What you will do
Supports the Implementation CoE process by leading, directing, and coordinating NPI team members in small to medium scale Implementation projects and major activities that support specific NPI projects. Assembles a business case for project requests by documenting requirements, establishing a Financial Plan/quotation, and defining the project success criteria.
Responsible for managing overall Implementation project and program scheduling and activity tracking for specific implementation programs, including the development of master detailed project management schedule, charter, PEP and other required project artefacts as well as determination of resource requirements assuring program dates can be met.
Update the project management plan, track progress, identify potential problems early, and resolve problems with the team in a timely manner.
Develop and communicate project management principles and techniques for the various Implementation workstream areas.
Schedule meetings and facilitate meetings as necessary. Document the activities and issues that surface in the meetings and distribute this to internal and external team members. Track progress on CoE Gateway checklist items and compile the supporting documentation. Deliver the Implementation presentations Project meetings, Gateway Reviews and other meetings as required
Assure the timely creation of key implementation documentation - Customer and Business Requirements, Program and Technical Specifications, etc.
Drives continuous improvement in the efficiency of the Implementation Team by identifying and recommending new approaches, policies, and standard operating procedures. Resolves internal issues by assuming ownership of problems, strategizing with affected departments, and selecting and implementing solutions.
The position is challenged to quickly and correctly identify problems, which may not be obvious. The incumbent solves problems by determining the best course of action, within departmental guidelines, from many existing solutions.
The incumbent is free to determine the best way to complete job assignments in order to achieve desired results. Work is reviewed after completion, except in the most complex or high impact situations. Impacts key quality goals including Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement, Timeliness, Efficiency, Cost Savings etc.

Employee may also be responsible for performing other job duties occasionally as assigned.
What you Will Have
A university degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 Years Project Management experience in the Oil and Gas/ Fracking industry.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
