We are looking for a dynamic Training Analyst to join our team! The Training Analyst will support a Professional Development Program for senior leaders within the Veterans Affairs. The Program Analyst will provide the necessary program support that is needed to successfully execute and maintain quality control for all associated contract requirements, tasks, and deliverables. The Professional Development Program consists of offsite cohort sessions scheduled throughout the year to provide executive-level competency-based training.

This position is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the VA Program Management team with the coordination of training session dates, venue details, and cohort registrations
  • During training sessions events, be present on-site to support the training delivery platform and training software
  • Maintain training session attendance rosters and produce attendance reporting deliverable
  • Using data on hand, assist with compiling the After-Action Report deliverable for each training session event
  • Manage data collection and information synthesis for Pre-Assessments completed by cohort participants
  • Perform administrative and programmatic support tasks as directed
  • Collaborate with CATHEXIS team members and VA Program Management team as appropriate

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in a related business field
  • 1-5 years of related work experience
  • Proven ability to deliver superior Customer Service
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail in task completion, deliverable production, and customer interaction
  • Able to consult with others in an effective, professional, and polite manner
  • Able to effectively organize information and manage time efficiently
  • Able to synthesize information, use critical thinking, and apply problem-solving techniques
  • Capable of setting priorities and recognizing when re-prioritization is needed based on project and client needs
  • Ability to foster and maintain cooperative working relationships
  • Proficient user of Microsoft 365 applications
  • Previous experience supporting a training program or similar environment
