What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Site Administrator - Early Learning Program- Parma position at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland?
Responsibilities:
- Under direction, ensure that the activities of this position and relevant programs are consistent with the mission, vision and values of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland.
- In conjunction with the Site Administrator, assumes a leadership role in resolving conflicts.
- Along with the Site Administrator, ensures that the child/staff ratios are met at all times and that each classroom is staffed with a teacher who has at least a CDA credential.
- Follow the Progressive Disciplinary Action procedure and union contract when necessary, with guidance from the Site Administrator and Human Resources Administrator.
- Assists the Site Administrator in overseeing publicly funded childcare system, including but not limited to copays, back swipes, and authorizations.
- Provide training and technical assistance to the teaching and support staff through classroom observation and offering feedback to the teaching teams.
- Under direction of the Site Administrator, is responsible for operation tasks.
