Catholic Charities of Baltimore, St. Elizabeth Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 162-bed facility providing high quality long- and short-term nursing and rehabilitative care.
Catholic Charities of Baltimore is currently seeking a Dietary Utility Porter who will provide assistance in all dietary functions and cleaning functions as directed by the Director of Nutritional Services in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Schedule 4 : 00p-8 : 00p & every other weekend
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Clean assigned kitchen and dining areas as scheduled or as needed including : loads and operates the dishwashing machine, washes pots and pans, cleans and stores dishes and tableware, cleans food storage areas, sweeps and mops floors, cleans cooking equipment, empties trash, and cleans trash cans and dumpster area.
- Maintain food storage areas, walk-in, freezer and refrigerators in a clean and properly arranged manner at all times.
- Follow safety regulations as directed. Deliver food carts, trays, etc. to units as instructed.
REQUIREMENT & ABILITIES :
- Ability to read, write and follow instructions.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a very warm atmosphere.
- Must be able to move intermittently throughout the facility. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or
without reasonable accommodations.
- Requires intermittent sitting, standing, bending, pushing and lifting.
- Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to assure that the
requirements of this position can be fully met.
