Project Director

Job Summary: The Project Manager (PM) will oversee the effective management and implementation of the Sister Border Network (SBN) proposal in collaboration with the leadership of the SBN. The PM will serve as the lead in providing policy, strategy, and management leadership guidance to the SBN and staff of the network communities. Interested candidates must have a deep understanding of Catholic Social Teaching.

Responsibilities:

· Program strategy, policy, and administration of the grant that adheres to the needs and voices of the communities being served.

· Development of governance structure that encourages SBN input and participation and leads to the formalization of an SBN memorandum of understanding or agreement.

· Develops and oversees communications with and input from network members, clients, and other stakeholders or advisory groups.

· Oversees accountability and development of the annual regional budget to include agency operations, regional trainings, and peer exchange forums.

· Oversees the regional assessment process for services and program plan development.

· Oversees development and contracting for the SBN to ensure all core services are available and accessible to the defined target populations.

· Oversees monitoring of provider network quality and performance, develops, and maintains performance measures that focus on outputs and outcomes.

· Assures timely and accurate reporting as required in the grant.

· Oversees development and maintenance of effective working relationships and memoranda of agreement with all regional partners.

· Develop and oversee an effective and transparent process for coordinating service access for children and families receiving SBN services.

· Assures that all financial, program, service, client, and performance data are collected and reported on a timely and accurate basis.

· Develop an annual report as specified by the funders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
