Catholic Charities Administrative Office has a full-time opening for a Personnel Director. Bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate experience in a social service setting required. Ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining all personnel records in accordance with state licensing and agency requirements. Duties also include providing interpretation and representation for complaints, concerns and questions from staff and outside agencies regarding employment issues, benefits, procedures and policies. Must be able to work well in a busy environment and able to cooperatively work with a wide variety of staff. Data entry skills are a must. Excellent benefits offered!

Pay: $47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
