We are currently hiring a Part–Time Receptionist, to work in our Columbia-Greene Agency, with our Emergency Assistance/Admin program. As the Part–Time Receptionist, you would:
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by greeting clients and visitors
- Answer and direct telephone calls to appropriate staff and answer requests for general information
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entranceway, and bulletin boards
- Support other program staff in assigned project based work while maintaining knowledge of all programs
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: filing, mailing, photocopying, maintaining office supply inventories, and faxing.
- Complete requests for emergency assistance
- Aid in the Food Market and Pantry operations
- Facilitate seasonal events throughout the year
Receptionist Minimum Salary: $15.00
Receptionist Maximum Salary: $15.00
Receptionist Schedule: Thursday & Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
