About our community:
Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis offering services in assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, transitional care, and adult day services.
Responsibilities
The Controller provides management and supervision to all aspects of finance and accounting activities, and oversees assigned accounting functions, including external contracted services, to ensure compliance and proper internal controls. Ensures financials statements are produced timely and accurately, works with the CEO and Senior Leadership team as well as Board of Directors on all financial aspects of the organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred, but not required
- Experience working in senior care finance preferred
- Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Expertise in accounting systems and development databases, and high level of computer proficiency
