Saint Francis Hospital is currently looking for an experienced APP/MLP Nurse Practitioner to join our team of primary care specialists committed to providing advanced, high quality healthcare in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities will include:

• To assist the collaborating physicians with the diagnosis, care and treatment of patients within the acute care setting
• Responsible for performing patient assessments and providing appropriate ordering of tests and medications ,a long with formulating an appropriate plan of care.
• Admitting patients, performing H&P's, coordinating transfers to and from other facilities.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team regarding discharge planning and plan of care.

Requirements:

• RN Degree and NP Degree
• Physically able to perform CPR
• Navigate oneself throughout the institution
• Record and report information
• Stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• Perform patient assessments
• BLS and ACLS certification.
