Who You Are:
You are an essential part of Catholic Medical Center (CMC) as a Patient Accounts Representative in our Physician Practice Billing Department. Your dedication lies in ensuring accurate billing of hospital accounts, timely claim submissions, and securing reimbursements from diverse third-party payers. In this role, meticulous documentation, efficient charging and refund activities within the hospital's electronic billing system, and persistent follow-up on open accounts are your prime responsibilities.
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) from Monday to Friday, with an attractive $2,500 Bonus! Please note, this position offers a hybrid work model allowing for 2 days of remote work after training.

Additionally, display exceptional customer service skills by promptly addressing inquiries and billing concerns from patients, internal associates, and third parties in a professional and efficient manner.
