Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of payroll procedures and ability to manage staff schedules
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of stock management principles and inventory control procedures
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software
