Who you are...
The Senior Advertising Operations Manager is responsible for processing requests to upload creative into various ad serving systems, troubleshoot creative-related issues, and ensure successful and timely campaign launches by providing top-tier creative support. In addition, this role supports, improves, and manages technical communications between internal Operations teams, as well as with our clients directly.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

Support Account Operations and Sales teams with creative uploads and creative-related issues
-
Deploy standard and non-standard implementations of desktop, mobile, and video, audio, and native creative
-
Handle requests for client screenshots, as well as examples for potential clients
-
Approve creative loaded into various ad serving systems by other members of the Advertising Operations team
-
Assist other members of the Advertising Operations team with technical troubleshooting.

Handle requests for client facing test page implementations.

Understand our ad serving systems and answer questions from the client teams, the clients themselves, or Operations that involve an intricate knowledge of technology or system behavior

Respond to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for creative-related support

Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure a timely resolution
Key Competencies:
-
Must have expert knowledge of standard creative types used by third party ad servers including but not limited to DCM, Sizmek, and Flashtalking.

Must have advanced working knowledge of creative formats, such as HTML5 and JavaScript.

Must have a working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
-
Must have knowledge of a variety of the financial and targeting concepts of the online advertising industry including but not limited to CPC, CPM, CPA, cookies, flight dates, creative sizes, ad servers, and attributes of user targeting

Must possess strong time management, follow-through, and organizational skills
-
Must have the ability to manage multiple projects at once

Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with specific understanding of Excel functions and features
Experience and Education
-
Degree or equivalent work experience
-
Over 1 year experience in an online ad serving technical role and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer support related position.
