Team Member

CAVA is a fast-growing, locally owned and operated company that is committed to providing the highest quality of products, service and hospitality to our customers. We are currently seeking to hire a team member for our Decatur, GA location.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers as they enter with a friendly smile and a greeting card in hand.
• Prepare food and beverages for customer's table. Efficiently and professionally.
• Assist customers with any questions about our menu, ingredients, or any other matters pertaining to customer service and satisfaction.
• Cleaning of tables, counters, and service areas.
• Answer any questions or provide assistance to other team members as needed.
• Knowledge of CAVA brand products and willingness to learn more about our products and services.
• Able to stand for long periods of time, able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, twist at the waist, and lift from the floor up to 100 lbs.
• Comply with all safety procedures and standards set forth by this company, state, federal, and local laws.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional manner in all interactions with co-workers, customers, and visitors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
