Senior Financial Analyst, Financial
Planning & Analysis

is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Financial Analyst to join our
Finance Team, a role critical to our dynamic and evolving business landscape.
In this position, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, working
collaboratively with the Accounting, Finance, and Business Partners across the
organization to drive strategic decisions. You'll play a pivotal role in our
budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and investment planning, ensuring
we make data-driven decisions for our thriving enterprise. The ideal candidate
will bring a blend of technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and
excellent communication abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment that
offers exposure to a diverse array of financial disciplines.
What You’ll Do:
- Support our Consumer
Packaged Goods (“CPG”) business with in-depth analysis of manufacturing
costs, overhead expenses, and supply chain costs, to identify trends,
variances, and areas for cost optimization.
- Support the annual
budgeting process by providing detailed analysis and insights into restaurant-level
operational expenses, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and
financial targets.
- Provide financial
support and analysis for ad hoc projects and initiatives, such as capital
expenditure evaluations and operational costs needed to support company-wide
initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted
financial advisor to operational stakeholders, providing insights,
recommendations, and decision support to drive business performance and
achieve financial goals.
- Establish and maintain
weekly rolling forecasts highlighting the profitability of our CPG
business and ongoing operating expenses.
- Support
period-end close activities with financial analysis and variance explanations
vs. prior year, quarter, and budget/forecast.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years
of experience in financial analysis and reporting
- Experience in expense management,
including familiarity with general accounting concepts such as prepaid
expenses, accruals, and deferrals.
- Excellent written and
verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial
information in an understandable manner.
- Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and
produce actionable insights.
- Advanced skills in
Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SQL and
familiarity Tableau or other cloud based reporting platforms
- Experience in retail,
food, and beverage and/or hospitality industry a plus
- Familiarity with
financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, NetSuite, Vena, Oracle)
a plus
- Strong organizational
and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and
manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to maintain
stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office
equipment.
- Must be able to
identify, analyze and assess details.
- For certain positions,
must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to communicate
with others and exchange information accurately and effectively.

support or office operations, as applicable.
