About Us:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager. To oversee the operations and staff of a multi tenant office Building in Nashville TN. Manager is resposible for scheduling, training, and developing staff, as well as overseeing all aspects of building security.

Pay is $20 per Hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7am-3pm


Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Managing Staff
  • Working with client
  • Maintaining logs and paperwork
  • Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
  • Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
  • Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
  • Expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
  • Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
  • Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience managing a staff
  • Prefer previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with security equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must Have High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen
  • Availability
  • Pay is $20 per hour
