Responsibilities:
- Confirm warranty parts and labor is billed on the repair order properly.
- Confirm the customer concern is properly documented on the repair order.
- Confirm the technician story supports all time requested, and has the proper cause and correction components.
- Confirm the technician punch time supports all time requested.
- Stay current on all OEM and Extended warranty training.
- Keep the warranty schedules clean - OEM, nothing over 60 days.
- Keep the warranty schedules clean - Extended, nothing over 30 days.
- Meet with the Service Director through the week to review claims.
- Provide chargeback information for Advisors and Technicians.
- Participate in warranty audits.
- Participate in warranty RO reviews.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be organized.
- Prior experience working in office setting.
- Exceptional computer skills.
