- As an applicant, you should be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of new vehicles transported from the manufacturer
- Will supervise two or more dedicated recon technicians
- Write up Pre-Delivery Inspections on all new vehicles
- Write up inspections on all trade-in and used vehicles
- Handle the distribution of internal tickets and ensure they are completed in timely fashion
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
- Handle all accessories/repairs that are due with the delivery of a sales unit
- Handle customer concerns on recently purchased vehicles
- Work with customer-facing service advisors to learn their role and be able to fill in if needed
