What you’ll do…
- You will be the direct liaison between our company and our customer
- You will maintain positive customer relationships
- You will maintain profitable daily customer workload within all time frame requirements and installation specifications
- You will screen applicants, interview, hire
- You will retain, train, supervise, and evaluate employees
- You will ensure and maintain all billing and payroll integrity, as well as corporate paperwork requirements
- You will ensure and maintain all customer and company quality control and safety requirements
- You will maintain and control all company assets and customer inventory
- You will analyze operations, identify performance issues, and recommend and implement corrective action
- You will hold regular staff meetings for timely communications of customer and corporate directives and/or changes
- You will complete Weekly Reports which summarize all operational concerns
Qualifications
Who we are looking for…
- You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- You have a valid driver's license with minimum of 2 years driving experience and a good driving record
- You must have at least 3 years management experience in cable television or telecommunications
- You must have advanced knowledge of voice processing and local area network systems
- You must have excellent customer service skills
- You must have excellent oral and written communications skills
- You must be flexible with hours as nights and weekends apply
