Network Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of network switching, routing, IP addressing, and Internet connectivity IP Networking: Thorough working knowledge of IP networking Advanced Diagnostics: Experience with advanced diagnostics equipment and tools, routing protocols, network management tools, remote access, Ethernet, and WAN technologies Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud networking, particularly AWS and Azure
VMware: Experience with VMware implementation and administration.
Key Technologies: Predominantly a Cisco environment with some Palo Alto gear and F5. Scripting and VMware: Not required but beneficial; can be learned on the job. Current Challenges: Maintaining system uptime, learning the environment, and potentially performing assessments and recommendations. Work Details: Some onsite work required. Standard hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential after-hours work likely.
