We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HRIS system and knowledge of HR policies and operations. The HR Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Department by providing insights to help improve HR processes and data-driven decision-making. The HRIS Analyst will maintain support, and improve our Human Resources Information Systems. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis and a commitment to enhancing the employee experience within the healthcare industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality
- Develop, maintain, and provide HR reports/data and dashboards
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to HR staff and end-users
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to implement system updates, upgrades, and improvements
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits and validations and complete regulatory and compliance reporting
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with HRIS systems
- Knowing of HR policies and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access and SQL for data manipulation and report generation
- Experience with Python for data analysis and automation tasks
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with additional HRIS systems
- HR certification - SHRM-CP, PHR
- Experience with system integration and project management
- SQL and or Python knowledge
- Familiar with state and federal reporting regulations and requirements

Compensation Disclosure:
- $88,000 to $98,000 per year
