Job Title: Transformation Analyst

Reports To: The Transformation Analyst reports to the Chief Innovation and Transformation Officer (CITO).
Job Summary: In this role, you will be pivotal in 'futureproofing' our healthcare system and enhancing operational efficiency, particularly in integrating new technologies, services, and processes. As a Transformation Analyst at Cayuga Health System, you will stay on the pulse of healthcare's emerging trends, contribute to designing and implementing new operating models, defining comprehensive metrics for senior executives, and mentoring colleagues in adopting new techniques and processes. This role may involve attending conferences.
The Transformation Analyst will play a critical role in assessing System transformation processes and innovation initiatives. Leveraging a data-driven approach, this individual will partner with leaders across all functions to demonstrate strategic and financial impact for Cayuga Health System.
Location: Hybrid/flexible work location, but must be based in the U.S., NY State preferred.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Planning, operationalizing, and scaling new processes and functions within the health system. This is both a strategic and highly execution- and implementation-oriented role.
- Supporting innovation, commercialization, and emerging opportunity activities through business case development and market sizing.
- Supporting the tracking of key performance indicators at initiative, departmental, and system levels.
- Preparing detailed financial reports and presenting findings to key stakeholders.
- Utilizing financial systems to create and maintain accurate records.
- Maintaining knowledge of current healthcare-related digital and technology trends, industry trends, and best practices.
- Developing innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- You are proficient in financial modeling to support decision-making processes and strategic planning
- You should be a highly organized individual with excellent problem-solving skills and an aptitude for numbers. KPIs, OKRs, NPR, and SQL are acronyms you're familiar with and not fazed by.
- You should be adept at using financial systems, have strong attention to detail, and be able to interpret financial data with precision.
- You are a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively and prioritize work to meet internal deadlines.
- You are a creative thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly across all levels of the organization.
- You welcome constructive criticism and iterate accordingly.

Requirements:
Education - Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience - Minimum two- to three- years of professional experience related to the job duties.
Physical Requirements - must remain stationary 50% or more of the time. Must be able to exchange accurate information. May occasionally need to move light objects up to 20 pounds.
