For a potential 5-year contract, we are seeking medical professionals to fill short term or temporary (less than 10 months) positions in support of military and DoD civilian medical staff at the military treatment facilities (MTFs) within the 50 United States to provide quality health care services to a diverse beneficiary population.
Responsibilities
· Travel to multiple offices performing specialized clinical treatments.
· Assume quality of care for patients with endodontic problems while adhering to the highest standard of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
· Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases of dental pulps and periapical tissues of teeth.
· Treats exposure if pulp by pulp capping or removal of pulp from pulp chamber and root canal, using dental instruments.
· Removes pathologic tissue at apex of tooth, surgically.
· Reinserts teeth that have been knocked out of mouth by accident.
· Bleaching to restore natural colors of teeth.
· Evaluate findings and prescribe methods of treatment to prevent loss of teeth and to restore teeth to function.
Minimum Education and Experience
- DDS or DMD from an accredited school is required.
- Proficient with computer programs
- Comfortable working with mobile dentistry and equipment - preferred
- Experience working with military - preferred
· Successful completion of an advanced education program in endodontics accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the ADA required.
· As this position requires daily travel to assigned offices, a valid non-restricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance must be maintained

Pay: $122,538.29 - $356,444.57 per year
