Asphalt Sealcoat Laborer

CB Asphalt Solutions is an asphalt maintenance business, specializing in hot tar crack repair, sealcoating, patchwork and line striping. Job Requirements:

-Valid Driver’s License and a reliable form of transportation

-Experience in the asphalt industry preferred, but not required

-Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required. Must be reliable, punctual, and show up on time

-Follow the direction of the Foreman or Supervisor to perform daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site

-Be aware of best practices and procedures to ensure safe work environment. Must be capable of performing duties near traveled roadways and live traffic lanes.

-Must load, unload, and properly clean tools and equipment. Must move and deliver equipment, and materials to locations throughout the job site. Ability to perform duties involving crack filling, seal coating, line striping, shoveling, blowing, brushing, heavy lifting, and the use of multiple small tools involved with the blacktop industry. Requires the ability to stand, walk, reach, kneel, climb or balance. Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time is required.

-Must possess a professional attitude while interacting with customers, peers, contractors, and the general public. A positive attitude with respect for our customers is vital. Good character, and a solid work ethic, good customer service, and striving for quality is a must.

-This is a seasonal position that will end sometime around November. The right person will have the opportunity to rejoin our company for the following season. This is also an excellent ground level opportunity with possible future advancement to supervisor/foreman position for the right individual(s).

-This position requires being available M-F and occasional Weekends. Days off depend on work load, but most importantly, weather conditions.

-Pay will depend on experience and other factors with bonus opportunities available. $18-$21/hour
