Job Summary:
As a Production Associate, you will perform necessary tasks related to the receipt, production, and shipment of goods. You will assist in receiving and unloading shipments of materials. You will be responsible for safely and accurately operating small machines involved in the production of finished goods. You will also be involved in completing packaging to prepare goods for sale.
Shift: First, 6:50 am to 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
About you:
- Able to follow directions, capable of creating products according to SOPs and standard batch records and properly storing materials.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently when moving products, completing packaging for finished products, and preparing goods for shipment.
- Able to multitask and respond quickly to time-sensitive situations.
- Strong communicator, able to communicate production changes and issues to team members.
- Have a strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn small machinery involved in production.
- Able to solve problems and provide solutions.
- Able to work well with others.
- Able to pass the forklift certification test.
- Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
- Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours a day.
