We are seeking Registered Behavior Technician -RBT that are already certified for full time position in our Lakeland, GA clinic. Will provide full training and certification for qualified candidates.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Must have High-School Diploma.
• College degree or current attendance preferred for advancement.
• Must be RBT or QASP-S to receive sign on bonus
• Must pass background check
• Must have or be able to obtain BLS certification

Other Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred however Compass provides Free RBT training, and certification
• Be able and willing to work with children with developmental disability, Autism
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experienced candidates working toward the degree will be considered.
• Previous ABA experience is preferred/ will provide free training.
• Well organized individual who completes daily paperwork and data collection notes in a detailed, accurate, consistent and timely manner
• Has reliable transportation
• Must pass Background Check
• Must be able to work afternoons
• Must have reliable transportation. Home based therapy and in clinic

Responsibilities include

• Providing direct therapy to clients under BCBA/BCaBA supervision.
• Collecting Data during sessions.
• Collecting daily session notes, maintaining clients' program documents.
• Supervision assistance after receiving QASP.
• Experienced candidates that are working on their dgree will be also considered.
• Preferred that candidates are currently certified as RBT but will train and offer RBT and QASP Certification.
• EXPERIENCE:A minimum of 1 year experience providing direct services to children with developmental delays.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check,
• Complete BLS/CPR training and maintain

*Positions begin at part-time with the possibility of moving to full-time, as soon as available.
